Made to Order
All Astra pieces are made to order, crafted individually with care and precision. As each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Order Accuracy
Please ensure that all details, including sizing, colour, and shipping information, are correct before completing your purchase. We cannot make changes once production has begun.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@astraactive.co.uk.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can review and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect. We do not accept returns based on change of mind or sizing errors.
