Order Processing
All Astra pieces are made to order. Production and processing typically take up to 2 weeks before dispatch.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times
Please allow up to 40 days from your order date for delivery, as each item is individually crafted.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the UK and to selected international destinations.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@astraactive.co.uk with your order number and photos of the item.
